"The Langham is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and the hotel itself was so clean. The hallways smelled so good too which I know is a weird observation but the wood they used for the floors and doors were so aromatic and it was something my party noticed. Our mini-fridge wasn't working (or we were just dumb) but within 5 minutes of letting the staff know, we had an entirely new one. Stellar service!"

"This hotel was very clean, very nice and very accommodating. It was in a perfect location to millennium Park not far from the water, and there were several good restaurants nearby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Excellent stay! I would give 10 stars! Very clean, beautiful view of the Magnificent Mile. We were on the 9th floor. Everything about the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, shower had great water pessure. The staff ( every single one) was pleasant, acknowledging, and professional. The breakfasts were amazing- check in lobby and breakfast is on the 20th floor. Amazing views, delicious, abundant breakfast buffet - best we've ever attended. "This was another great weekend. I have stayed at this hotel several times and won’t stay anywhere else! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Had a window view of the lake front. The hotel is near shopping, theaters and entertainment. The restaurants around the hotel are excellent. This hotel employees are friendly and knowledgeable about area. "
