"We had an overall excellent stay with great customer service. We checked in, put stuff in our room and went to our event. When we came back the room was hot, the AC not working. We went downstairs and they immediately gave us another room just across the hall. Theres a decent little breakfast as well. "

"this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. "
