The hotel was clean, the amenities were good, and parking was reasonable for the location. I would give the hotel a 4-star rating because our first-night check-in experience was not smooth. Expedia advertised the room as sleeping four people, but the room only had one king bed and no sofa bed. Once a rollaway bed...

"Great resort in Long Beach outside of city but within easy drive and walk to many restaurants and attractions. Exceptional room with view, staff very personable and accommodating. Enjoyed the restaurant for drinks and dinner and have no significant issues with our stay. Really excellent venue with great ‘beach’ pool and views. "The hotel was super kid friendly. They had a really cool rubber duck pond thing for the kids and a room with game boards for the kids. The swimming pool was kid/adult friendly. A great coffee shop and yummy pizza at the bar. It was super close to restaurants ,outlets and activities for kids. Just a quick uber or shuttle ride (provided by hotel). The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We absolutely would recommend and stay here again."
