"I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. "This beautiful little house is like the best kept secret in bergamo. It's near a lot of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were so clean and you can see the Craftsmanship in each room. The subaquatic theme is very cosy and I felt right at home. Simone is a very great host with the best breakfast, he makes croissants fresh in the morning and they are so perfect, flakey and soft on the inside. "The owner was very obliging and helpful(we had a broken chair that they were unaware of and was soon replaced).
The guest house was very quiet,rooms lovely and very spacious(we stayed in a quadruple room).
The manager gave helpful advice and booked our airport taxi which arrived on time,only ever a call or text away.
10 mins from train station and very central to all restraunts and shops.

"Great location, modern nicely decorated room. Previous occupants shampoo/conditioner were left in the showe which left us wondering how thoroughly cleaned the shower had been.
The walls are very thin between rooms & unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours with loud music and loud voices. We did contact reception but there are no staff on site to deal with issues like that."

"Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Heizung hat zum Glück gut funktioniert, da das Gebäude nicht wirklich isoliert ist und es von draußen kalt hineinzogen hat. Wer hier ein Frühstück erwartet, sollte sich lieber eine andere Unterkunft suchen, man bekommt einen Korb mit Marmelade, trockenem verpackten Brot und Croissants, den Kaffee, Milch, Kuchen und Obst (alte Äpfel) sowie Joghurt und Wasser bekommt man in der angrenzenden Küchennische, die allerdings nicht einmal über ein Waschbecken verfügt."
