A great one stop hotel for family. Pelayanan perfect from the beginning till the end. Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent, Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam. fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik. definitely will be back for another staycation

예약) 호텔스닷컴에 올려진 호텔정보가 잘못되어 사진만 보고 예약했다가 도착하자마자 직원과 아규생겼습니다. 비교적 최근에 지어진 기린방으로 알고 예약했으나 하위등급인 레오파드룸을 주려고 하네요 아규끝에 기린방 받았지만 기다리는 내내 애는 울고 힘들었어요 객실) 2개 객실 모두 실내바닥이며 욕실바닥에 긴 머리카락.. 구석에 머리카락 덩어리 있는 정도.. 서비스) 도착 후 오후 4시 룸서비스 연결안됨, 프론트 연결안됨 객실내 타월 2장뿐이라 추가요청했더니 그대로 소식 두절.. 욕실 청소 다시 해달라 부탁한것도 알았다해놓고 오질않았네요 조식) 협소한 장소 빈약한 메뉴. 방번호 적고 한참 기다려 겨우들어갔습니다. 미고렝, 나시고렝, 치킨 등 특별할것없는 빈약한 메뉴 그대로임 부대시설) 새공원이 제법 크게 갖춰져있구요 세살아이가 매우 좋아할정도의 산책로, 작은 놀이기구시설 있습니다. 총평) 매우 별로 였으나 이 지역에 그나마 이정도의 호텔이 드물어서 기대치를 낮추고 한번쯤 방문해볼것을 권함...

Pertama liat keren hotelnya sesuai dg harga tp pelayanan receptionist yg memberi kunci kamar yg masih berisi penghuni lain membuat saya langsung berpikir hotel ini standar. Setelah melihat fasilitas kamar pun sgt biasa dan dilengkapi sprei yg sobek sobek pinggirannya hehe. Belum lg wahana/fasilitas didalamnya harus bayar spt mobil wara wiri yg digunakan utk mengelilingi hotel&Permainan anak2. Mohon ditingkatkan pelayanan serta fasilitas hotel sesuai dg bintangnya.

Satu dari sedikit hotel terbaik utk liburan keluarga di daerah Puncak. Bahkan rasanya hanya sedikit hotel di Indonesia yg menyelenggarakan atraksi2 hiburan keluarga. Hebatnya mayoritas atraksinya gratis. Totally worth the value

Untuk setaraf hotel bintang 4 RSGH pelayanannya kurang maksimal. Bantal dikamar hanya disediakan 2, yang mana biasanya hotel menyediakan 4 bantal. Dan bantal sangat tipis, tidak tersedia hair dryer dan juga sisir dikamar mandi. Kebersihan toilet kurang, kami bermalam di kamar Leopard. Fasilitas untuk anak2 Oke, Breakfast di Hotel ini lumayan Lengkap dan Enak. Thx

Good facility poorly maintained

The hotel had seen its glorious days. Physical facilities are poorly maintained. Restaurant is below par. Staff had no concern that everything was empty, and needs to be replenished. Internet is only at the lobby and restaurant.

Tempat Yang Menyenangkan Buat keluarga dengan anak

Cukup Menyenangkan, karena lokasi hotel sangat strategis dan gampang cari makan. dekat dengan Pizza Hut, tinggal nyeberang jalan depan hotel. Kanan kiri hotel ada minimarket alfamart maupun indomaret. seberang hotel juga byk yg jualan buah dan makanan.
