"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. "Great property near Charles De Gaulle Airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice inside the lobby and the rooms were spacious. There is a small town just 5 minutes away with some restaurants and a large shopping mall that is about a 20 minute walk away. It was a really nice spot to stay for our last night in Europe.
