"I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean. However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. "The location of the hotel was amazing!! A tram stop right out the front that makes it super easy to get into the city. The facilities and room were well optioned and clean. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The parking facilities aren’t exactly part of the hotel building, but it was easy to access and use from within the hotel.
