One member of staff you stood out was Daniel, he was very friendly, helpful and provided plenty of information on the hotel facilities as well as the local area in Palma. He also gave us excellent recommendations for Tapas bars and restaurants.All the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable and comfortable."

"The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons.
