"Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had a view of the Monte Cassino Abbey so I was very happy with that. The downside is that it was hot in our room and we were told that the air conditioning in the whole building was off until the summer months! We happened to be there on a warm day in May and nothing could be done. We opened the window to cool the room down but that invited a few bugs into the room. The location of the hotel is in a quite part, close to the beach and within walking distance of the old part of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when trying to find a place to eat on December 25th. Breakfast offerings are simple but abundant.
