The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"A wonderful 5-day holiday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. And the swimming pool helped in the 38C temperatures! St Aubin is a great location; away from St Helier, but just 20 minutes away by bus. The railway walk (3 miles) to Corbiere is just on the doorstep. A note for those with mobility issues: the hillside location gives great views, but entails a short up hill walk to the hotel; also, being an older building, there is no air...

"Modern facilities with old-fashioned charm. The rooms are a good size; we had a view of the garden which was very pleasant. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is decked out in crisp white table cloths with smartly dressed waiters. Both the garden bar and the terrace at the front of the hotel with beautiful views across the bay are both lovely places to enjoy a drink. The outdoor pool looked good though we didn't use it.
