"Lovely staff, very helpful . Our room was very nice, but a little bit tired and old-fashioned . That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. "I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future."

"Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue."
