"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were unreasonably lumpy and hard. Time to spring for some new ones. The room was spotless, but smelled a bit like cat litter and room freshener. The stay was fine, we were disappointed to miss the free breakfast - but that was our own fault with timing miscommunication."

"This is an older property in an older area of Edmonton however the property is very well maintained and clean. Our room had new looking beds and was very big and clean. It was also really quiet at night which was great. We stayed there due to its close proximity to the Stadium so we could Uber over and back. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would stay there again."

"The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends"

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Hot tub wasn’t functional when we were there, breakfast was okay. Would be better to have sausages or bacon vs slices of deli ham. Also ran out of fresh fruit. Otherwise clean and comfy room/beds, nice interior renovations , good size bathrooms and tv."

"Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the pool as they always had swimming lessons in the pool for children. We had to switch rooms the first night there as it was so hot in our room and the thermostat to turn down the heat wasn’t working. It is quite a busy hotel with only one elevator so waiting to come or go took quite a bit of time."

"Room was clean, though the setup of having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom was a bit inconvenient with family and kids. We would have preferred to have the skin and mirror inside the bathroom. Hotel was nice, pool and hot tub were good! Location is great"

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room.
