"Always love this property. Very quiet. But room was very hot when I got there - which I was able to fix by opening the patio door and window in bedroom. I’m sure it was because I got a very early check-in. Staff are always so great and were able to accommodate my early checkin"

"The close proximity to Rogers Place was key to our choice, as we were attending the Oilers game. Pedways everywhere, so you could leave your coat behind. Rooms were very well appointed. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The birthday balloon and little dessert were a special touch. Places to eat and gather on the main level were excellent too. Yes it's expensive, but location is everything."

"My stay in Hyatt Place was wo comfortable that it felt like home. What made a huge difference was the mattresses that they have in their rooms. It was so comfortable that i was able to have a good night sleep in the first night of my stay which was VERY RARE. I loved the gym there and used it very often. The breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."

Staff were mostly friendly, had breakfast there and I am not sure if the one at the breakfast area just lacking ethics or she’s really not having a good day.. either way it was bad that I have to complain and wrote the review here. "The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do. They offered free snacks and drinks to take home. We didn’t notice...
