"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. "I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again."

"We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time. "Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. "Nice older hotel convenient for our trip to Grapevine. Friendly staff. Strong 80’s vibe but well maintained. Large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool. Very nice outdoor amenities like basketball and sand volleyball. Room was dark with one small window but nice otherwise. Beware the motion detector weird light switches throughout the room that blink at regular intervals 24/7 and randomly turn on. We couldn’t figure them out and no instructions were provided. "

"Pretty close to everything i needed. Parking was free and felt safe the entire time. Room was very nice. Didn’t like that it appeared the outlets were broken until i left that there is a master switch that not only turns on all the lights but also kills the power to the outlets by the bed so my Apple Watch and phone had to be charged by the TV instead."
