"After confirming an adjoining room for my 90 year old mom 2 additional times after reserving, they had given our room away by the time we checked in at 3 pm (check in time) on our reserved days. Parking for handicapped and 'Diamond members' or something was close to entrance, the rest of us had to wade through muddy leaves and water running thru parking lot all weekend long. Then a loud delivery truck at 4:30 am Saturday morning, and not enough seats for dining on what turned out to be terrible food~we're out. Not staying there again. The staff was great and helpful as they could be, from the pleasant front desk to overworked food service and the super nice people cleaning the rooms. Thank them for us!"

"This is easily the worst hotel I have ever seen. It was absolutely disgusting. There was mouse poop under the sink, the linens were filthy, there were spiders and ants in numerous locations, and the room looked like it had not received a thorough clean and over a year. Also, it was a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke and urine. When I brought my concerns to the hotel manager, I was handed a can of Lysol and air freshener and told I could fix it myself. When we went back later, demanding a refund, the owner literally shut the door in our face, saying “I don’t have time for this.” Other concerns were the window in our room was broken along with numerous light fixtures. I have never reported a hotel to the health department, but we did for this one. I would absolutely stay away. I have never had such terrible customer service or such a disgusting room as this one. Needless to say, we left and requested a refund, which was refused."

"Convenient location, close to freeway really helps, room conditions can be improved, but it is fine for the price, overall it is a decent place for out of towner, dont expect 5 stars room conditiona or world-class services unless you aren't will to pay for them; otherwise it is what it is...will stay again."
