"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off.
