"Everything is good"

"I didn’t like how there were hairs around the shower, didn’t seem clean to me. I also wasn’t happy with the cleaning crew, we had not checked out or even advised of our check out and cleaning lady open the door without even knocking and entered. She did apologize and quickly closed the door and left. Check out time is 12pm and she came into the room at 10:40am. Very unprofessional."

Our room was clean and included both a refrigerator and a microwave. I recommend bringing extra soap and shampoo, as the provided toiletries are limited. "We.arrived earlier than check-in time (approx. 1.5 hours early), however, when I went to the counter to ask what time, the friendly staff member offered to check us in, no extra charge. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and a shopping center. The room was very spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast hours allow for plenty of time so you don't feel rushed to wake up early, and there is plenty of options, and was kept stocked and clean. "I've booked this hotel due to the proximity to the highest to get to Monterey, Walmart, 7-eleven and gas station are across the street. I was able to check in a bit early before check in time. Check in is quick and friendly staff. Overall will recommend this hotel due to price point, near stores and highway entrance"

"The residence Inn in Seaside California was an amazing stay for us. Large rooms, extremely clean, super friendly staff and very helpful in every way. The location of the property is excellent super close to shopping and steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there."

"Check in and check out with the owners were not the friendliest. The area was safe enough. The room itself was clean and updated but very small and cramped. Air conditioner worked fine as did the fridge and microwave. The TV worked only one of the two days we were there. Parking can be limited. Area is walkable.
