"Staff was fantastic"

"The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work…dirty towels were left in room after cleaning. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Location was very convenient to several malls & restaurants."

"The room itself was very clean, but this location is going through a remodel. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs on the outside of the building, which to me is unsafe. The sink in the bathroom drained really slow, and the shower didn’t have hot water, only lukewarm water. Their makeshift breakfast area was in an extremely small area and options were very limited. The staff were pleasant though. I think once the remodel is done this will be a really nice...

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"Beautiful hotel & great stay! The rooms are very nice, large, clean, well maintained and decorated. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Nice, clean bathroom with great water pressure. The entire hotel inside and out is beautiful, modern and clean. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant but the coffee at the cafe was delicious and everything looked really good. It’s in a great location, easy to get around and walking distance to tons of great...
