"The outside of the property is a bit worn and landscaping needs work for better curb appeal. The room was spotless and I appreciated that. We did not go to the breakfast as the timing was early for us. The property is near eating and shopping and we enjoyed staying there "

"I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, and we’re very friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the gal at the front desk during our stay and talked with her frequently. She was kind and answered her many questions with Grace kindness, and empathy. The dining room was always very clean and every time I would come back from the wedding staff was always eager to greet and ask about my day. I would stay here again, simply because of the staff interactions alone."

"Our stay was nice. The room was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. There was something on the bedspread, I took it down to the front desk, she appologized and got me a different one. "Rooms were large and had recently been renovated. Good value for visiting Mayo Clinic. They had a shuttle but we had to be there at 5:46 am so could not take it. Lots of smokers outside, but hotel cannot control that. "

"The room was nice, clean and quiet. It was well stocked with necessities. We had appointments at Mayo and was an easy walk to the Gonda Building. My only request would be that the fan on the heat/cool unit could run independently. It makes the perfect white noise whem trying to sleep on a strange place."
