"The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund."

"This place is perfect. Excellent communication from the owner before and after check in. Very easy self check in with very clear and precise instructions sent well in advance. Everything was immaculate clean and every need is catered for. Cavtat centre is a 10 min walk away. There is a grocery store less than 5 mins walk away. Dubrovnik airport is a 10 min cab ride.
