Great flats close to sunset beach

Great location close to the beach and restaurants (not close to the Old Town, have to use bus/taxi to get there). Friendly staff, got checked in early on arrival. Spacious flat, well equipped. TV receiver didn't work properly, plus property wasn't ideally clean, but overall very good impressions from the stay. Downstairs there is a bar, which tends to be pretty loud until midnight - for a quiter stay choose upper floors or the street side

The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again.

Very nice property! Beach is a 2 minute walk and there is beautiful promenade that is within walking distance. Very scenic area! Bus stop right in front and short Uber ride to Dubrovnik. Many eating options and grocery store right by property. Great stay for families!

In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location.

Pretty area, facing the beach. Apartment was great but sliding glass door didn’t close from outside and we needed more towels (but we didn’t ask). Convenient location,clean, easy to get to old town, spacious.

Pros: Spacious property, living area was much larger than expected plus two large balconies with sea views. Excellent places to watch the sunset. Good location, local cafe, restaurant, beach and supermarket was great. There was a few kids puzzles which my daughter loved. Highchair and travel cot also both very useable. Cons: The kitchen only had one bowl, could do with more! The area outside of the lift on our floor (level 4) smelt very strongly of smoke. Rugs all needed a wash. Bathroom very small.

Checking in was easy and fast. Front receptionist was warm and welcoming. The apt was very specious for our family of 6. Few minor glitches when we arrived. There was a massive power outage, no fault of the hotel, so we were without AC or wifi for a bit. One of the shower doors were not working properly and whatever the cleaning crew use to clean the apt had a very strong scent we didn't like and we tried to air it out. Overall, beautiful, spacious apt that is close to amenties and the beach.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

Super friendly staff. The accommodations was spacious and they had a washer, a full kitchen and big bathroom. A little hiccup in our airport transportation, but the staff handled it very well and properly and made sure we made our flight on time. Highly recommend this location, it’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, and into town.
