"If you're looking for a luxurious vacation this resort is NOT it. The food was bland and not very well cooked. There is construction right next door to the property which was very off putting. Little to no activities and it's very far from any excursions. Bar always closed although I was told it was supposed to be until 1am. There is only ONE POOL. Too many kids and crying babies. Would NOT recommend. 3/10 stars"

"Solo una observación, fue difícil llegar al hotel, ni los taxistas sabían la ubicación, al parecer este hotel tiene 3 meses y la fachada no se encuentra con nombre del hotel, más bien es una casa habilitada como hotel."

"La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. Las sabanas y las almohadas muy comodas, el cuarto tiene baño privado lo que es genial, tiene televisor, closet y aire...

"El restaurante muy malo, el desayuno no estuvo mal pero un día nos quedamos a cenar y nos fue muy mal, nos pasaron una ensalada con tomates dañados, y en general la comida pésima. Adicional una noche tuvimos un malestar que asumimos podía ser una fuga de gas, pedimos cambio de habitación lo cual fue atendido, enseguida mejoramos."

"Don’t stay here. Staff is slow and sucks, restaurant staff is even worse, if you try to walk to the beach you will get hounded by locals right behind the property. I’d never stay here again"

"It wasn't so much about the staff or the actual hotel itself. I just didn't feel comfortable in the neighborhood in which the hotel was located. I felt as a tourist insecure in terms of what was happening around the hotel so I never stayed there"

"The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this...

"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense.
