"The staff is extraordinarily attentive. If you want to stay someplace that isn’t cookie cutter. Try this heritage property. The staff is incredible. If it weren’t for them, I might have lowered my score. There were two problems that I’ve never before experienced. The first room I was given had a strong odor of mildew on the lower level. The staff quickly changed me. As I was walking down the hallway early one morning, I encountered three dogs roaming the hallway. It frightened me. That has never happened to me ever. The staff reacted quickly. It was an interesting stay at an interesting hotel and I recommend for its quirkiness and incredible staff"
