"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. "We have reported a fridge problem in our room as soon we arrived. The receptionist mentioned that the maintenance team has already left but someone will come and have a look. Noone came even though i have enquired twice again. Each time i was told that a person will come to check the fridge as soon as they finish in a different room. Nobody came at all.the next morning at checkout i have mentioned this again to the receptionist whose attitude was not elegant and pretty arrogant towards me. He...
