"Clean room, hallways were loud in the morning with housekeeping repeatedly slamming doors and talking loudly. Hot tub desperately needs an upgrade - pool was very warm. Restaurant was decent, no butter given with toast which is my biggest pet peeve these days with restaurants. Neighbouring bar attracts some pretty gross, smelly people, I would stay away. May consider this again if all other options are booked."

"The property clean, the staff was helpful and the room was good. This is a old property so it has charm but it also has quirks. The parking in the back is small but adequate. The breakfast was basic but decent. Overall it was a decent stay at a low price. It's right downtown so there is the feel of security but the location is great if you like to be close to the action. It was also only 5 minutes from U of S which is why I was there."

"There was snot on the shower glass, a half eaten bag of chips in night stand. Carpet was sandy & needed a vacuum. Other than that it was above average. Service was great , food and lounge fantastic. Check in a breeze."

"It was my second time staying here. Last time , I got a basement room, and it was a bit dingy. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. This time, I was on the main floor in a freshly renovated room. The bathroom was always clean. Given the price, I would recommend this place to any budget traveller. "

"Gross. Dried Spit stains on walls of room, blood stains all over the bedding which was also marred with a myriad of cigarette burns. Shared bathroom appeared clean, but I had to kill a cockroach crawliing on the mirror. Towels were not provided and I was told to use my own, but I didn't have one. The low price and preferred location were merely the bait used to lure me down their Trapdoor to Hell."

"Genuinely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever laid eyes on. Stained bedding, hair in the towels, burn marks on the furniture, garbages not emptied. When I tried to complain the front desk guy got an attitude about it. Would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Disgusting- the photos are just small glimpses of how gross it is. Should’ve taken so many more."

"Hotel is very run down and dirty. They swap the sheets (not necessarily with clean ones) and sweep the floor in between guests. I don't think the floors have every been properly cleaned. Everything was slightly sticky. The "buffet breakfast" does not exist. They do not even have space to set one up if they intended to. I have included a photo of what they provided in lieu of a buffet. Do not book this hotel. The pipes were clanging all night. The curtain was so thin I literally made eye contact...

"We didn’t stay as there was a 200dollar damage deposit we were not aware of when we booked so thought if they didn’t tell us what other charges might they add on "
