"We had a nice stay here. The location is great and the place was clean. The bathrooms are oddly missing towel hooks to hang up the towels though. Despite the warnings, I was not worried about the parking situation as the man who checked us in assured us they move the cars if necessary. But then once it was time for us to leave another staff was at the front who was clearly uncomfortable with moving the cars. With her assistance, or lack there of, it basically took us 20 minutes longer to leave...

They were barely adequate… I ended up sleeping on top of the pillows in order to find some sort of comfort… Would I stay here again in the future… No, not until there were some definite upgrades done here."

"The coffee maker did not work. The property does not use guest keys to enter the elevators. As a result there are multiple people going up to rooms in the middle of the night specifically at 2, 3, and 4 AM, and they are not guests. They yell and scream in the hall and disturb guests. I expect that hookers were going up to the rooms or hookers were inviting men up to the rooms. I would not have expected this from the Hilton. Most other hotels use room keys in the elevators to ensure only guests...

"The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. So, he had to call the parent who took 15-20 minutes to arrive to straighten it out. There was NO hot water in the shared bathroom. None. It was turned off! I was reluctant to attempt taking a...
