"My remote for the tv did not work, I asked them to get one from an empty room and they said they can’t do that because if someone booked it that person wouldn’t have a remote. "There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. "The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night. There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer."
