"Location is what its all about in Porto and this location was perfect...just literally around the corner from the Porto Cathedral and an easy (well uphill or downhill) walk to the train station. The accommodations were fine...we were two adult couples so be aware that one room was a loft overlooking the kitchen and sitting area. It does have two baths...one is downstairs and one is up. "Great apartment, but the stairs are not for the faint of heart, some parts don't have real railings but ropes. Otherwise, the beds were very comfy, loads of light and from the upstairs you can see the river, good shower as well. Many tiny restaurants around, 2 great breakfast/brunch places literally just up the street a bit. The fado place basically inside the church, to the right ad you are facing the church was also excellent."

A small privately owned botique hotel it is well built using high end materials, clean and well maintained. We had a walk-out room directly into the patio and beautiful garden area. Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited."

Then we were place at the very top room which had a very tight winding stairs without a handrail and was extremely difficult to lug a suitcase up.
