"Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!"

"Ryokan Plan in Odawara is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, explaining everything clearly about the rooms and the stay. The building itself is over 100 years old, which gives it a really special atmosphere. We stayed in a Japanese Style Room and honestly couldn’t recommend it more – it was such a unique experience, even though we only spent one night there. "Got there a bit later than expected but my time there was nice the breakfast preparation was super nice and option to rent a bike for a whole day and little souvenir shops around with good food places made me wish I had gotten there sooner, def would go back to hopefully see the mountains better since it rained bad when I went."

"We stayed here for just one night, and it was a lovely experience. The location is perfect — only a short, easy walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Check-in was smooth and simple, and the host was very thoughtful. There are also many cultural touches and experiences you can enjoy inside the house, which made the stay feel special. "施設はとても宿泊と旅行拠点のしやすさに特化した場所だなと感じました。 寝床も綺麗で寝やすく、確認すべき内容はありましたが、戸惑いなどはありませんでした。 仕事が溜まっていたので、1階のロビーで簡易カフェで仕事をすることがほとんどでしたが、お腹がすけば外にパッと買い出しに行けるし、調理施設は無いんですがすぐそばにお弁当屋さんやスーパーもあるしファストフードも多いので、買い帰って食事をしながら仕事もできます。本当に名古屋で仕事にしに行った時の拠点としてお世話になりやすいなとおもいました。 バスのアクセスもいいので、深夜バスだと栄のバスターミナルからもアクセスしやすいですし、名古屋駅からは地下鉄で近いです。 私は連泊しなかったので時間もないだろうと洗濯はしなかったのですが、連泊の場合はスタッフの方に声をかけて洗濯をしてたとおもいます。 あと夜も基本静かです。栄から距離があるのもありますが、大須の中と言っても周辺が静かなこともあり、落ち着いて生活が出来ます。そういう意味でもとてもおすすめです。"

"The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. "I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. The restaurant had many empty tables, and it was not busy at all during 8pm to 930pm. I felt very embarrassed. I did nothing wrong but was treated badly. This is not how guests should be treated."
