"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Bob and his entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Bob’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He was always available to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. He also helped us arrange excursions and restaurant reservations, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress free. His recommendations and assistance were greatly appreciated. The entire team was equally welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The hospitality exceeded our expectations and made us feel truly valued as guests. A huge thank you to Bob and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We are extremely grateful for everything and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is a gem inside the old quarter, excellent location, amazing staff. All the staff are authentically warm and helpful and work to help you have the very best time in Hanoi. We had 1 maintenance issue in our room and staff arrived within 3 minutes of us calling. Wow. The Onsen / spa was wonderful after walking many kilometers on the charming streets. Michelin restaurants are around every corner. Come to Hanoi and have a fabulous time."

"This is an older property but is well maintained. We had an issue with our room but the hotel manager, Louis, handled the situation beautifully. We were quickly upgraded to another room. The breakfast staff led by Irene was also great."

"For first time visitors to Hà Nội, we did not appreciate how close and central the Solaria Hotel was to everything we wanted to see! Set right near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, it was walkable to nearby tourist highlights and souvenir destinations. However, the area comes alive on the weekend as the nearby streets are turned into a walking street, with vibrant nightlife and family-friendly options. The buzzing sounds of the city were not unpleasant to wake up to, and we still felt rested in a comfortable bed with a clean room. Hotel staff were immensely helpful, hardworking, and diligently attentive to our needs, providing helpful advice to first time (but definitely not last time!) visitors to Viet Nam, ensuring we were contacted in advance, helping us to avoid scam taxis by arranging airport transfers for a very low fee, and keeping the room tidy and comfortable in the August heat. We loved our stay and we will be recommending to family and friends to stay here if they’re ever in Hà Nội too."
