"I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost...

"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"The property is in a good location for walking. Lots of local food choices nearby. Rooms are very small but functional. Booked a king room. Definitely not a king bed by North American standards. Service was excellent on check in but deteriorated after that. There are better Hyatt properties out there. The shower gel was never replaced the whole time (5 days) which shows some lack of attention to detail. Doubt I will book again. Can't comment on the food. There are too many great off...

"Welcoming reception, clean rooms with water and usual tea making facilities. Pool area was busy on the warm sunny days so could do with more places for people to put their robes safely. "

"Wonderful location and modern space. The kitchenette was great for our extended stay. But if you hope to have a reasonably functioning washing machine (the sole reason we booked this place) book elsewhere. Between the washer cycle sounding loud enough that a bomb could be going off, and a dryer that leaves your laundry damp after a 5 hour “standard” cycle, I can hardly consider this an advertisable amenity"

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

"Location was fab. Accommodation was perfect. The shower was not the warmest which was a shame with 5 people needing to use it. Also, on our second night some people were having what sounded like a party outside our door. There was rubbish everywhere when we left the morning after. I would still recommend it for location, price, and simplicity of check in. "
