"Gregory and Bethany were great as were a few other staff members. However, the resort is severely understaffed. From there, it was clear some of the staff they have was burnt out and clearly didn’t want to be there which lead to less than desirable service. The food situation was mediocre at best. The main buffet was decent for breakfast (only option). For dinner, the main buffet was terrible. They need a cook staff that cares and knows how to cook. Most things were poorly seasoned and overcooked. The pool bar is the only saving grace for food. Everything I had there was good, but it’s a limited menu and staff. One day it took 30 minutes to place the order and 4 hours to get it, so basically skipped lunch that day. One other Italian restaurant is on the resort from their advertisements, but it’s indefinitely closed except for private events. My guess, not enough staff. A wedding party utilized the space one night. They’ve responded to others claiming off season. This visit was not during the off season. Entertainment was okay. They had a fire dancer show which was good. A guitarist was scheduled but cancelled on them. Their DJ is a joke. They also referred to this DJ as a live band one night bc he played pre-recorded songs and added some local drum noises via an electric keyboard. Otherwise, the DJ turned his poor music selection up to max and sounded like garbage from the distortion on the speaker. Overall, I managed to enjoy myself but I will not return to this resort."

"On the Boardwalk / waterfront in Christiansted, next to the National Park Historic Site. Ideal for visiting St Croix for National Park sites. The staff were great, rooms large and quiet. Car park is not paved and in between two building. This hotel DOES NOT have elevators in the new building."

"Beautiful property, gated and private property. Lots of walking, breath taking views from the balconies. Not enough restaurants on property. Pool rather small, beach was nice."

"The good thing is that is walking distance from boardwalk and all the top restaurants nearby. We never had room cleaning during the stay of 3 nights and the pool never was cleaned. On weekend people gather in the pool in loud speaking up to midnight and nobody from staff took action on this. If you are looking for a good sleep have to wear ear protection."

"This property gives you beautiful views, a beach to walk daily, but mainly it's the serenity. It is under some renovations and no telling what the cost to stay there will be then. I suggest you check it out. Remember to stay Left"

"The best thing about this "resort" is the bar staff. They were great and made food that was good. The room was comparable to a Motel 6. There was one restaurant and it was mediocre at best. A couple of nights, the food was edible while the remaining evenings, we just ate salads. The same restaurant does breakfast too and it was OK for breakfast. The girl at the front desk was rude and 2 members of our party of 10 were on the other end of the property. Apparently there was a room to move us to with the rest of the group, but the front desk didn't let us know. The beach was average. The activity staff was available to help with kayaks, snorkels, or putt putt equipment. The pool was really clean and the only hot tub was hot, then cold as there were apparently issues with temperature control. Overall, your trip is what you make it, so we enjoyed ourselves."
