"Room cleanliness I give it a 3 There was no airport shuttle Most staff was friendly and helpful A few staff were always crabby 1 of 2 restaurants were closed"

"Part of the ocean was visible. However was .5 miles away from the hotel. Not a big deal. The pool? My pool is twice as the one hotel has. Small unattended dirty. Did i mention small? Could fit 10 people shoulder to shoulder. "

Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. "Staff very nice. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Beach is steps away. The beach chairs are free and they’re readily avail able. They also have a kayaks, snorkel gear and beach floats to use for free. The food at the onsite restaurant is delicious. We stayed for 5 days and had an amazingly relaxing experience!! Definitely book the trip. "

Now some of the issues I had with the hotel… that it is supposed to have been remodeled it still looks quite aged. Also, the pool is small. The associates I wouldn’t say they were friendly.
