Room was spotless- and perfect location for the airport. The pools were clean and the beaches were peaceful. I was very happy they had shampoo and conditioner as I forgot mine- and I made sure to leave all of my extras for the next person. I would stay here again the next time we come to the island.

The property was in a great location, easy to get to town, grocery and around the island. Complex was quiet and clean. Beach area was nice and kept clean.

The condo was in j great condition, the grounds are beautiful! The pool was great and private but If you want to use the beach don’t book due to no water access. They have a beautiful view but the seaweed is bad and in no rain times it smells horrific.

This was a great choice for me! I was traveling with an older male teenager and a younger female teenager. Even they had a great time. The condo itself was laid out well and was well appointed with everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly and were clean. The oven, stove top and microwave oven were perfectly clean. Everything was in fine order! The property is gated at the front entrance and any Beach entrances along with security cameras. The beach and the water were beautiful. The pool was inviting and clean and well lit or evening swims. Truly there's too much to list. Like I said it was a condo not a hotel. I was able to make my experience here with my children spectacular. I would highly recommend this location.

The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. Condo 203A has not been updated since the 80s. The doorknob is dented and caused us to be locked out upon arrival. The area rug in the living room, was filthy. I don't think it has ever been shampooed. I had planned on cooking; however the inside of the pots were scratched and the baking sheet was rusty. The ceiling fan in the bedroom, screeched all night - I had to play the tv to drown it out so I could sleep. The shower head was green with corrosion. The stove knobs was covered in grease. The sponge to wash dishes was brown & worn. The holder for the sponge was filled with mold. I wish I could attach the photos I took.

The view and location were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Office hours were somewhat restricted, but that can be expected around a holiday. Recent updates to the unit were positive, but it still needs some work. The sliding glass screens were in disrepair. There was no central air in the unit, which was livable if warm in December, but I would not go back in the summer. The bedrooms had individual window AC units which worked,well, but were noisy. The furniture was in good repair. The wifi and TVs worked fine. The pool was good, and there was a beach in front that was easily accessible. Water pressure was poor on the third floor. Overall, the unit was well supplied with dishes, silverware, other utensils. Even a couple of coolers for shopping and lunches. All appliances worked well.

To say this was a terrible property would be a compliment. The pictures offered when booking are definitely false advertising. There was not a king size bed as described. I guess the world’s worst mattress didn’t come in a king. I would have preferred a deflated air mattress that had been peed on by several cats. The best thing about the place is the fact that the insect inhabitants didn’t bite. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Seriously, stay elsewhere if you can.

The pool was clean. I liked that there were 2 restaurants within walking distance on the beach. The condition of the condo I stayed in was terrible! The unit needed major cleaning and updating. They had paper toweling crammed in the hole for the sliding patio door where there should have been a handle. Most furniture was either moldy or broken. I could continue on with everything that was wrong. Would never stay there again, which is too bad because the location and the views from the property were awesome.

No one was there when we arrived from the airport. I had to take 2 teenage girls to a bar with our luggage to wait for someone to be at the property. The condition of the condo was poor. Broken and loose floor tile, missing drywall, stained drapes and so much more disappointment.

We got to the resort the room smelled bad we finally got the smell out then find all the ants everywhere in the room then found out nothing works phone WiFi but the island is great would go again but will find another place to stay

Secure hotel on beach with well kept pool and pretty grounds. Simple decor. No door on en suite master bathroom in the unit we used. Ten minutes from Christianstad boardwalk and 25 minutes from .

Cleaning service needed.

As seniors, we requested lower level floor, and we got top level floor walk up 3rd floor. Toilet seat broken in one bath, requested replacement 4 times before in was replaced. The window air cond was covered in dust as well as the room fans and door jams. The fridge had not been wiped out from the last visitor. The condo needed a good cleaning service. We did receive clean towels daily and sheets were changed after the first week.

Es handelt sich hier um kein Hotel sondern um eine Apartmentanlage welche vermietet wird. Die Wohnungen groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Strand ist ganz ok aber kein "WAU" Effekt. Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch 2 Restaurants welche ganz toll sind - vor allem das Breezez - aber trotzdem benötigt man ein Auto.

Avoid 304A

Avoid 304A. This room is in serious need of renovating. I've stayed at this property a few times but this room is a joke. For the price per night, the owners could at least fix the doors, or the bathroom, or the AC units or the kitchen area. Something, anything....unit looks like nothing was ever done to it.

Two window units in bedroom werre notsufficient to keep the place comfortable. One bedroom was great, with balcony and big bed and tv. But too bad the other person had no balcony, a twin bed, and no tv. The whole idea of a suite was lost because the living room and kitchen were so hot.

Quiet setting in ideal location.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The rooms were clean. The pool was sparkling, and the beach and ocean were only steps away. It was also a gated community with security people present and felt safe. It was quiet even with then man competition was going on.
