"Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous! Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed."

"We stayed overnight in a beautiful room with a roll tol bath. A very comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast."

"I LOVED this place! A proper British pub, that was so cozy it felt like home. I absolutely loved the towel warmers ( we don't have that in the US) and the Ily coffee in the room with a French press and cookies. Was an extra cherry on top! The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was in the countryside tucked away from the world. I absolutely loved it and would 10/10 come back and stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for such a great stay!"

"Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely"

"The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the decorating was clearly done by an amateur! Maybe the hotel inspector needed for the rooms at this price. We didn’t buy breakfast but were given coffee and cereal. "
