"The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by. "

The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai."
