繁華街の中の経済ホテル

深夜に重慶に到着したのでタクシーでホテルに向かいました。タクシー運転手はホテルの場所も知っていたので、それなりに有名なホテルです。 チェックイン時、フロントから予約が入っていないと言われ、予約表を見せたりして交渉しましたが、解決せず。1夜分の支払いをし、その日は泊まり、次の日にカスタマーセンターに電話しましたが結局、予約が入っていなかった理由は分かりませんでした。 部屋は快適、ホテルのロケーションも良いので、ホテル自体は良いです。

Disappointed experience.

Unless you will pay them RMB cash or Union Pay credit card otherwise don’t book this hotel. I booked 7 rooms in two weeks advance for a business trip, after arrived the hotel they refused to take any oversea credit card only cash or Union pay. This is Ibis a Accor group hotel. They didn’t mention anything in Hotels.com otherwise I will not book it since I need to charge expense to my company card. It’s ridiculous. One of the room has no towel at all, most of their room has fake window (room without windows). Will not stay next time

Location is perfect, couldn't be better. Room was clean and tidy, just don't expect an impressive lobby, but that is of little importance. Overall, and especially given the price, a very good option if you want to be in the heart of Chongqing
