"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."

When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. "Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area. I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also Thank you "
