"Many good points to note, very good location, free parking, adjacent to Aeon, sparkling clean, onsen facilities, highly recommended "

"Very clean room almost brand new"

"I chose a standard 2 bed room for me and a friend. I had to make additional payment for the second person because it seems that the payment I made online was for 1 person only. There was free flow of coffee in the lobby. The complimentary airport shuttle makes it a perfect choice for my early flight out of Hokkaido."

"The included breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was helpful with questions in regards to shuttles. Keep in mind, if you do not request a non-smoking room, the smell is quite strong as soon you get off the elevator for your room floor. Also if you plan to walk from Chitose Station to the hotel, it’s roughly a 20 min walk so plan accordingly if you have a handful of luggage."
