Overall good!

Good location: 5 minute walk from Chitose Station. Next door is a 7-11. Clean and tidy, facilities is new. I’ll choose again if I come to Chitose.

Just a quick one-night stay, so wasn't asking for much. No onsite parking which was a slight disappointment, but there are several parking lots nearby at optional cost. Breakfast was decent. All in all a nice stay.

Good choice at Chitose

The room is in good condition. they have parking next to the property that charge reasonable price. The staff is very nice and helpful. Specially thanks for the front desk lady who came out to help at the carpark.

Live like a Japanese

So excited when seeing the Japanese room style which has futon, tatami, sliding door that separate bedroom and bathroom. The room is well prepared and lastly its location is not far from train station to airport also Aeon mall.

Everything is good with comfortable bed and good breakfast. Cleanliness of room needs improvement e.g. dusty equipment, stain on toilet bowl, etc. Floor bricks at front and back doors need attention which is slippery on snowy season.

One night in Chitose

We stayed for the last night of a ski trip before flying out of CTS. Very comfortable room and the only place during our 10day trip that had more than one pillow standard. No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS). Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast.

nice stay

nice, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi before our flights back home. Parking is an issue with not enough parking spaces overnight limited to 36 spaces for its guests. Has to park across the street. Also, the hotel does not have temporary parking space to unload luggage unless to park on a busy, active street to stop the traffic. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel choice to transit back home at a near airport location

The hotel looks newly renovated and the rooms were in great condition. The bed was amazingly comfortable, a very essential part! There is a breakfast restaurant adjacent to the front desk / reception area. They offer a shelf of toiletries, assorted teas, and instant coffee that you can take to your room after checking in. Right across the street is a 7/11 for a quick bite or necessary items. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Express Check out is available at this location.

My second time staying here. The staff always helpful and noce manner. Room is clean but you need to hang “clean up room” if you want to. Walk from Chitose Station not over 10 minutes. (With snow on the ground condition). Near the airport and you can go travelling to other city from here, no need to go back to Sapporo first. Having 7-eleven next to the hotel and AEON is near the station are so good.
