We were locked out of the building on our first night because we had not been given a fob when we checked in; we had to call an emergency number to help get us into the building. When I enquired about getting a fob, it was explained that they were changing...

"Property is large house with no AC. We were on top floor. No lift. Other than that the property was nice, comfortable beds and mist essentials provided. A little out of the way and pricy but it was last minute and it could have been much worse. They do a good job for an older property."
