"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. "This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com "

"The stay was great. This is a great place to rest. It is located outside of Bogota. You need an AWD car to reach the place. Our room was clean and the pit fire was nice. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff eager to help. The only nuance was that we were supposed to pay at the location and were contacted to pay before via transfer. We also were charged an unannounced COP 50,000 for taking our own wine."
