Hotels near Chinese Buddhist Temple

"We have travelled extensively around the world & stayed in many 4* & 5* All inclusive hotels & found the hotel to be excellent for our 10 days, recommend all inclusive option value for money for food and drinks- including cocktails. The staff were amazingly friendly and could not do enough for you. I would like to make a note of the following stand out staff for their helpfulness and kindness during our stay. Room:- Lynton who cleaned our room daily was amazing, very friendly and efficient at his job, always had a smile on his face. RESTAURANT:- Arisante, could not do enough for you & went out of her way to get me ice to keep medication cool. Sudi, thanks for teaching us how to speak some Balinese/ Indonesian and being so helpful. Wira & Dwik were stand out trainees and always kept a watchful eye for guests requirements. Both Senni's and Fenny in the spa were attentive at giving instruction's on how to use the Aqua medic Pool. Lindrantin thank you for the complimentary pool access on Nepi day, it was a pleasure to meet you and some of your family and friends. FOOD- The meal choices are extensive every day both with the buffet options and also the A la carte & room service menu. Chefs to be accommodating cooking individual meals. The Indian is delicious and a must go to, Chinese (noisy restaurant with a lot of kids) would be nice to have more choice of drinks, food tasty. The pools itself are beautiful but the paving requires work to it (uneven). Will be returning soon X"

"Excellent hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Had requested a sea view room on a high floor and we got one on check in with an excellent view. Vegetarian food was excellent especially in their fine dining restaurant which we could visit everyday. Menu in menu dining room could have more vegetarian options. Also buffet in the gardens had limited vegetarian options. Hotel has 2 bars......one in lobby and one by the pool. Loved all the all-inclusive drinks. There is also a juice bar by the beach which was great for freshly made juoces and coconut juice. Would have preferred one more bar by the beach so don't need to come to pool to get an alcoholic drink but that is just a minor point. Mini bar refilled daily which has many snacks and non alcoholic drinks + beers. This is included in all inclusive. Entertainment was good especially the fire show, cabaret show and the duo who came on Mondays and Wednesday evenings to perform. All in all we had a superb time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Bali for a holiday."

"Ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn unexpectedly and from the time we walked in it was just spectacular. The staff were so accommodating to every and any request. The rooms were super spacious aswell, comfy bed, large tv for downtime. My favourite part though was the ability of the staff to adjust during Nyepi (Silent Day), there were multiple times I saw staff not being treated nicely by other guests and they handled themselves with such grace and understanding when they didn’t need to. I will be coming back to this property. The only note I have is that I think an experienced bartender is needed, some of the cocktails were undrinkable e.g the Martini was just straight alcohol, they staff at the bar though were super nice and understood the concerns. Buffet breakfast was above average, would be exceptional if hash browns were added lol. "

"Breathing class , Sound Bath and Canang making with temple visit were all excellent activities. Staff are all very friendly. Make sure to book for Eight Degrees South - the tuna dishes were very nice and make sure to try a desert "
