"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "
"The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Will stay again - actually we had family staying nearby and they have decided to book this hotel next time instead of their own."

"Stayed in a villa with private pool , very clean and nice pool, breakfast was nice, close to the shops and restaurants, good access to the beach, right next door to a activity centre that does jet ski and loads of other activities.

"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "

"Overall we had a good stay here. I found the property to be nice and clean, although a bit dated and would have preferred a bit more natural lighting in our room. Pool was fantastic. I didn’t I really enjoy the restaurant however, that was a personal preference as others in my party did. "

"Property is great condition. Recent renovations and friendly helpful staff. Clean place with great pool in the center. Breakfast comes in 2 flavors American or Indonesian.
AC units on the far side of registration desk get hit with direct sunlight and struggle to keep the rooms cool. "

"Beautiful breaktaking rooms, leading directly to a large pool. Huge, comfortable bed with the loveliest pillows -hard to get out of bed in the morning. Delicious breakfast, I recommend the vegetarian as includes avocado on toast. The staff are wonderful too. Overall loved it. "

"This resort is huge and beautiful. The staff is great and restaurant options were very good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach was dirty and there were boats everywhere. Really making it an eye sore. "

"Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Their meat and chicken were all halal which make big difference for us. We enjoyed staying in Laguna and highly recommend."
