"Check in was ok except I was told the shuttle ran every half hour.
I booked a wake up call in the am which was missed by the morning staff ,therefore missed the shuttle on the half hour. No big deal as I had my own alarm set and was only 15 minutes behind. When I came down to the lobby I was told shuttles had to be booked in advance, I had missed the one I was supposed to take and had to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense out of my own pocket. "I had read some review about dated rooms but honestly the hotel was just fine. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable I had a great sleep. The breakfast was fresh and kept well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was some construction happening on the 3rd floor but it didn't disturb us. Thank you management and staff, we will be staying here again. "

"Our one-night stay was okay overall. The room was newly renovated and nicely done, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast options in the morning were also a great variety.

"The amenity we used was the dog run, which we love. There was a time when it was hard to get into it because of the snow or vehicles in front of it, but they no longer allow vehicles to park there. There has been times when the grass has been too long, which makes it hard to scoop poop. But on this visit it was wonderful"

"Breakfast was very good. Hot and lots of selection. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed which was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and supplies were also good to have even though coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby area.
