"It exceeded my expectation for an airport hotel. It's new so everything was clean and well maintained. Simple hotel but everything in the room is useful. I could also order things online and deliver to the hotel even before I arrive. That was very helpful. The only problem is that some guests who had to catch early morning flight was very noisy in the corridor and we were woken up by them. Would be great if the the hotel can remind people about keeping quiet."

"The window cannot be locked and was blown open by winds. Ended up having to change to another room late at night. Then the toilet of the new room has a rather unpleasant urine odour. But staff was excellent. World class service and deserve the highest praise."
