"Clean rooms"

"The hotel itself is lovely, every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome — from Lee greeting me at the front desk to Tara and another woman whose name I didn’t get giving me advice on parks to which I could take my dog. They have complementary breakfast, a popcorn, machine, and cookies at night. Oh, and the room was spacious with a bathtub! And if it matters to you, as part of the same parking lot, there is a Planet Fitness and Perkins. I have stayed here before and I will stay here every time I visit Altoona."

"Room was spotless. Very clean. Staff were very nice and professional. Food was excellent. Only complaint- we left a bag behind hanging on the bathroom wall next to the hair dryer that contained toiletries and prescription glasses. We contacted the hotel to arrange getting our bag back but were told that housekeeping did not find the bag. We are waiting to hear back if the manager can find it after looking on more carts."

"I was able to chat with almost all of the front desk during my stay and they were all absolutely wonderful! Extremely helpful and very personable. The room was very clean and housekeeping kept it that way. Great stay!"
