"They room was clean.The remote had some unidentified black yuck on it. I paid for a lake view room, and we were given a lake view room with the view obscured by the event tent. I don’t feel that we should have been charged for a lake view room."

"This hotel seems it is on its last legs. I stayed here twice within 8 days. Both times I had to wait for someone to show up to check me in. The restaurant is permanently closed. The few staff members are multitasking to the max. Building is not well maintained. I won’t be staying here again."

"Amazing stay! Micah and Darcy were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent! Micah is a culinary wizard serving delicious breakfasts and very accommodating with gluten free requests. Close access to CMAC for Ella Langley concert . We hope to stay there again soon!"

"So I loved the staff and will be staying there again. Having a hot tub on site was SO NICE. However. The pool room was honestly a little gross. The pool wasnt very clear, there were lump of peoples hair on the floor all over the place, and the layer of scum I could feel on my body after being in the pool and spa was more notable than I've experience before. I immediately showered and scrubbed the heck out of my feet in fear of athletes foot, and I absolutely recommend you do the same. The food was so good, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was so helpful. It just loses a whole star because of the cleanliness of the pool room. Will I be staying again? Absolutely. Will I use the pool and spa? Yes, yes I will. I just wish it was a bit cleaner and then it'd be my favorite stay in Upstate."

"Right off I-90 so it was very convenient for solo traveler wet a pet companion. The breakfast was available and the waffles were a hit! Property was older, but rooms seemed clean and somewhat updated. I have stayed here every summer for the past several years and this is the best the hotel has looked both inside and outside."
