"We had a really nice room with a washer/dryer that was so awesome for this point in our vacation. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks and the apartment was spacious and cool and really nicely furnished and maintained. The staff were helpful and the location was very close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sites."

"Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. "Excellent location with underground parking attached to the property. Incredibly helpful staff - particularly when we had an issue with our room which was solved very swiftly. The sauna on the roof was amazing, and can highly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."
