"I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. "Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. "The staff were incredible! Special shoutout to Nahuel, who graciously received us after 11pm. He gave us several options for where we could stay. I stayed in a nice, spacious room with a queen bed and a larger bathroom across the hallway. My parents stayed upstairs in the bunk beds, with two bathrooms available.
