"The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. "

"Equipe muito boa. Chegamos 5 horas antes do horário do check in e o anfitrião deixou a gente entrar pois o quarto já estava pronto! Deixam snacks quando tem passeio muito cedo é o café da manhã do hotel é bem completinho. O ponto alto da hospedagem é a localização, você está literalmente dentro da Caracoles e dos principais restaurantes. Nota 10/10. "
