10/10 Excellent
This hotel is in the perfect location for walking to key sights in Santiago. It has a modern comfortable design, and the bar, restaurant, and breakfast areas all are great! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Small rooms but all new and very modern. No TV but not needed if you ask me. Great bed, in quiet location but still near the centre (walking few minutes only). Staff were very accommodating and friendly. WE left our luggage with them while we hiked Torres del Paine, after we came back 5 days later, our luggage was already in our new room, ready for use. Service first class.
